Dr Margot Sunderland’s workshop will focus on key therapeutic interventions that enable children and young people who’ve experienced traumatic life experiences, to heal.

Her wisdom will be invaluable to anyone who works with children and young people, especially those concerned with the amount of pathologising that is ubiquitous in our culture.

This workshop follows on from Margot’s 2023 AD4E workshop. It is not a repeat.

Please note that this is likely to be a very popular workshop and there are a limited number of places due to the Zoom platform. This workshop will NOT be recorded.

Date and time: Mon, 29 Apr 2024 10:00 – 12:00 BST

MITUK’s mission is to serve as a catalyst for fundamentally re-thinking theory and practice in the field of mental health in the UK, and promoting positive change. We believe that the current diagnostically-based paradigm of care has comprehensively failed, and that the future lies in non-medical alternatives which explicitly acknowledge the causal role of social and relational conflicts, abuses, adversities and injustices.
