Rebecca Horn

Dr Rebecca Horn is a forensic psychologist by background, but has worked as a psychosocial specialist in humanitarian settings (primarily with people affected by conflict) since 2003. Since 2009 Rebecca has worked as an independent psychosocial specialist, supporting organisations to integrate psychosocial approaches into their programmes, and conducting research and capacity-building for various non-governmental organisations in humanitarian settings across the world. Rebecca is also a Senior Research Fellow with the Institute for Global Health and Development at Queen Margaret University, UK; core member of the Act Church of Sweden/Act Alliance psychosocial roster; and member of the Jesuit Refugee Service staff care advisory board. She is a member of the Editorial Board of the journal Intervention: Journal of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support in Conflict Affected Areas.
