DIna Veksler

Dina Veksler is a writer and educator who worked in the U.S. mental health field for over 20 years. Diagnosed with bipolar disorder in the past, she fully recovered through psychological insight and structured inner work. She published a peer‑reviewed article titled Bipolar Disorder: The Psychological Architecture of Recovery (Mathews Journal of Psychiatry & Mental Health), in which she challenges the conventional view of the disorder as a lifelong condition.
