Mitzy Sky

Mitzy Sky is a Jamaican born award-winning writer, her focus is on letting go of internalized oppression to move from shame to presence beyond labels. Her poem In This Moment was featured in We Are the Change-Makers – Poems Supporting Drop the Disorder. Mitzy serves as Vice President on the board of Picture Social Justice (PSJ), a nonprofit founded by the late Paula J. Caplan, Ph.D., and a NARPA board member.
